All trips are free and open to the public. Beginning birders and newcomers are always welcome to join any walk. Seasoned birders guide our trips and happily share their knowledge and experience. All the walk are listed in the calendar at the bottom of the page.

Length of Walks Most walks are 1-2 miles and last 1-2 hours. All times listed are approximate.
Walk Effort Codes E - Easy - simple, flat trails to navigate M- Moderate - trails may be challenging at times, requiring caution D - Difficult - sometimes hard terrain, often longer distance and time

Before the Walk Due to current conditions with COVID-19, you MUST pre-register with the walk leader (contact information is in the walk descriptions) for more details and to confirm your preferred contact method in the event of any changes or cancellations.
Day of the Walk Walking group sizes will be limited. Carefully regard the physical distancing protocols, maintaining at least 6 feet between people. We wear masks and expect everyone on the walk to as well. Please do not share rides, binoculars, scopes, or other equipment. If you are not sure that you're well, please do not come on the walk. Always respect private property, observe signage, and adhere to location rules and ethical birding practices. Enjoy your birding!
